My candy order got here sooner than I thought it would . The tracking was decent too , not amazing or anything , but it did the job . Overall , I was happy with how fast everything shipped .

I ordered from impactconfections.com and, uh, the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy and didn’t seem sealed very well, so by the time it arrived, some of the candy packs were crushed and a few had opened up inside.

I know shipping can be rough sometimes, but this felt like it was packed without much care. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they ship things.

I ordered some candy from Impact Confections i was happy with it overall. The chew was nice and soft without being too tough on my teeth, which I always appreciate.

A few pieces were stickier than I expected and kept getting caught around my teeth, which felt kind of unnecessary. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, just a little annoying while eating.

The flavor was solid, and the chew lasted a decent amount of time. I’d probably buy it again, but I do wish the texture was just a bit less tacky.

The candy looked totally fine, but once I tried it, the flavors tasted kind of weird and way too fake for me. I really wanted to like it, but the taste was just NOT it

I opened my order and realized the candies inside weren’t the ones I picked. Kind of disappointing because I was looking forward to the specific items I chose. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

I didn’t feel like this was worth the price. The candy wasn’t bad or anything, like I still ate it, but it was just average and nothing that made me think, “Oh yeah, this is definitely worth paying extra for.” For the amount you get, the cost felt kind of high, especially because I could probably go to a regular store and get more candy, or at least candy that tastes just as good, for less money. I was expecting it to feel a little more special, but it didn’t really. I don’t think I’d buy it again

The candy itself is fine, no real complaints there. But I did feel like I had to dig around more than I should have to find the allergen and ingredient details. Some pages made it clear, while others kind of left me guessing, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to be careful. It’d be a lot better if all that info was in one easy-to-find spot. Not a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating.

I had a question about my order and customer service did eventually get back to me. It wasn’t instant, and for a minute I was starting to wonder if my message got buried in some secret “ignore until later” folder, but once they replied, they were clear and actually helped get everything sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. Overall, decent experience. Took off one star because the wait was a little longer than I expected.

It tasted good overall, but wow, it was really sour at first. I don’t mind a tangy flavor, but this felt a little sharper than I expected, so I’m not totally sure if that’s just how it’s supposed to be or if the batch was a bit off. Still enjoyable, just could use a little less bite.
